Unfortunately, the general public is woefully misinformed or simply unaware of the ramifications of sub clinical levels of vitamin D. We are told to stay out of the sun or at the very least, slather spf one million all over our bodies! Getting vitamins from the sun? What? This sounds like lizard magic! Spirituality is one of the Eight Pillars of Holistic Health

Spirituality is one of the eight pillars of health and probably the least explored in the realm of overall fitness.  I have been guilty of this for many years believing in a higher power but in a luke warm manner.  Jesus said he would spit out the luke warm believers. It might be like looking forward to a nice hot coffee in the winter and getting served a cup at room temp. It’s time for a spirituality check-in for 2022 and beyond!

I am not judging in the least because its not something you necessarily force yourself into or say a thousand Our Father’s to become a believer.  I do think that people are born with a good spirit that can go bad but not everyone will have a come to Jesus moment along the way.
